What is ALSUM E-Learning?
At Alsum we raise the quality of transportation insurance underwriting in Latin America. One of the pillars on which the Association is based to meet this objective is accreditation, the most obvious and effective resource for professionals in any region.
In addition, in alliance with Charlatte Warr (UK), an expert in marine insurance accreditation for more than 20 years, we have created a virtual platform of courses for Latin America.
How does it work?

To reinforce the knowledge, the student is offered a series of individual activities or assignments through which he/she can go deeper into the topics, both with a local and regional focus.
Finally, we have collected a series of documents and additional material that will help the student to further consolidate their knowledge and to receive different types of experiences in the subject matter.
Of course, ALSUM E-Learning courses are focused on accreditation, so constant evaluation of knowledge is necessary, both at the level of individual topics (modules) and their grouping (cycles).
The approval of the cycles -not obligatory to receive the final accreditation- allows to obtain partial accreditations, with which the student’s effort and knowledge of the subject is recognized.
The subscription certificate for each course is obtained by passing a final exam, the questions of which are based entirely on the academic material of the course.
